Summary
This early-phase study is testing the safety of zeaxanthin, a natural compound found in leafy greens, taken alone or with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the highest safe daily dose and check for side effects. About 72 participants will take part to guide future cancer trials.
