First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether zavegepant (Zavzpret), a nasal spray already approved for migraines, works well and is safe for people who are already taking a CGRP-targeting preventive medication. About 200 adults with 2 to 8 migraines per month will use the spray at the start of an attack. Researchers will measure headache relief and ability to function within 2 and 4 hours, and track any side effects.
