New hope for kids with severe psoriasis: major drug trial seeks young participants

Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called zasocitinib to see if it can effectively control skin symptoms and improve quality of life for children and teenagers with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. It will involve about 110 participants aged 4 to under 18, comparing the drug against a placebo for the first 16 weeks. The main goals are to see how well the drug clears the skin, how safe it is, and how the body processes it in younger children.
