New hope for Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer: experimental drug zanzalitinib under study

Summary

This study tests a new drug called zanzalitinib in people with a type of advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy and has spread to soft tissues or organs. The goal is to see if the drug can slow or stop cancer growth. About 19 participants will receive the drug for up to 24 months as long as they benefit.
