Summary

This study tested whether the drug zanubrutinib could help people with IgG4-related disease, a condition that causes painful swelling in glands like those in the face and eyes. Ten participants took the oral drug twice daily for 24 weeks. The main goal was to see if the treatment reduced the size and inflammation of the affected glands.
