Triple-Drug attack aims to wipe out CLL and SLL

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (zanubrutinib, obinutuzumab, and venetoclax) can make chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) undetectable in the body. About 230 adults who have not had prior treatment for these blood cancers will take part. The goal is to see how many people achieve no evidence of disease after treatment.
