New hope for kids with chronic stomach pain?

NCT ID NCT04526119

Summary

This study is testing a medication called Z-338 to see if it can safely reduce symptoms like stomach fullness, bloating, and early fullness in children and teenagers with functional dyspepsia. It involves about 55 participants aged 9 to 17. The trial first checks how the body processes a single dose, then tests if taking the pill three times daily for 28 days helps ease symptoms better than a placebo.
