Summary
This study tested a treatment for uveal melanoma that has spread to the liver. Tiny radioactive beads were injected into the liver's blood vessels to deliver radiation directly to tumors. The goal was to shrink or control the liver tumors. 48 patients took part, and the study looked at how well the treatment worked and what side effects occurred.
