Summary
This study aims to find which version of a specific groin-strengthening exercise works better for preventing injuries in young soccer players. Researchers will compare two types of the Copenhagen Adduction exercise—one held in place (isometric) and one with movement (dynamic)—in 42 players aged 12-16. The goal is to see which method best improves leg strength, sprint speed, and jumping ability while reducing muscle soreness.
