Summary

This study tests whether a rowing program tailored to each athlete's breathing patterns can improve fitness and 2,000-meter race times better than standard training. About 44 youth rowers aged 14-18 from Valdivia, Chile, will be randomly assigned to either personalized or usual training for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if individualized intensity zones lead to greater gains in aerobic capacity and performance.
