First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a program called 'One All,' built around the sport Ultimate Frisbee, can help young people in tribal communities in South India become more mentally resilient. Researchers will train local facilitators and then measure changes in resilience and mental health in about 240 participants over 18 months. The goal is to see if this fun, sport-based approach is both practical and effective for improving well-being.
