First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tested a program where teenagers learn about high blood pressure and then teach an adult they know using a digital badge. Adults with high blood pressure and a teen partner were randomly assigned to either the blood pressure education badge or a job skills badge. The goal was to see if the teen-led teaching could lower the adult's blood pressure and improve knowledge for both.
