Summary
This study aims to understand what causes severe irritability in children and teens with anxiety or depression, and to see if therapy can help. It will enroll 500 youth aged 4-17 who struggle with intense emotions and disruptive behavior. Participants will undergo detailed assessments and receive evidence-based talk therapy, with progress tracked over time.
