Summary
This pilot study is testing a comprehensive support program for young adults (ages 18-24) who are transitioning out of homelessness in Ontario. The program provides job placement, housing funds, groceries, coaching, and life skills training over 18 months. The main goal is to see if this type of wraparound support is practical and helpful for the young people involved.
