Summary
This study tested whether a new mobile app could help youth with type 1 diabetes learn to better manage their condition. Twenty participants aged 10-18 used the app at home for 12 weeks, completing interactive simulations about their diabetes care. Researchers measured how often participants used the app and whether their blood sugar control improved.
