First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study explores whether a younger adult (ages 25-44) can encourage an older family member (ages 45-75) to get screened for colorectal cancer. Researchers will survey 300 people and test the idea with 15 parent-child pairs living in rural areas. The goal is to see if this family-based approach boosts cancer screening rates.
