Summary

This study looked at whether doing yoga with virtual reality (VR) helps reduce stress and improve balance and core strength more than traditional yoga. 32 university students with moderate to high stress took part in 12 sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers measured stress, heart rate, blood pressure, balance, and core endurance before and after the program.
