Summary
This study compares yoga with and without virtual reality (VR) to see which better reduces stress and improves balance and core strength in university students aged 18-30 with moderate to high stress. Participants will attend 12 yoga sessions over four weeks, either in a calming VR environment or a quiet room. Researchers will measure stress levels, heart rate, blood pressure, and balance before and after the program.
