Can yoga help Teens' mood as much as therapy? new study investigates

NCT ID NCT07475845

Summary

This study is a small pilot to test if a research trial comparing two group programs for teen depression is practical to run. It will enroll 96 teens with depression in Boston and Columbus. The goal is to see if teens can be recruited and will attend either a yoga-based program or a group cognitive-behavioral therapy program, and to get early hints about which might help more with mood.
