Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week yoga program or standard physical therapy helps people with multiple sclerosis feel less tired, walk better, and improve their quality of life. Twenty adults with MS were split into two groups and did supervised sessions three times a week. The results will show which approach works best for managing common MS symptoms.
