Summary
This study compared two different exercise programs to see which helps people with multiple sclerosis feel better. Twenty MS patients either did gentle yoga or standard physical therapy for eight weeks. Researchers measured their fatigue, balance, walking ability, and overall quality of life to see which approach worked best.
