Yoga and PT offer hope for breast cancer patients suffering from hormone therapy pain

Summary
This study tests whether a program combining physical therapy, yoga, and patient education can reduce joint and muscle pain caused by hormone therapy in breast cancer patients. About 108 adults with non-metastatic breast cancer and moderate-to-severe pain will be randomly assigned to either the yoga-PT program or standard care. The goal is to see if more patients in the yoga group achieve a meaningful drop in pain levels.
