Summary

This study looks at whether adding yoga to a standard weight loss program helps adults with overweight or obesity lose more weight. About 290 participants will follow a 12-month program with diet changes and either aerobic exercise alone or aerobic exercise plus yoga. Researchers will track weight, fitness, body composition, and other health measures to see if yoga provides extra benefits.
