Summary
This study is testing whether a yoga program is a practical and helpful way to reduce cravings for people in India who want to quit using tobacco. It will involve 96 men who are dependent on tobacco. They will be randomly assigned to either follow a yoga program or receive standard counseling to see which approach better helps manage cravings and supports quitting.
