Summary

This study looks at whether yoga is a practical and helpful activity for adults who have had a stroke at least three months ago. Researchers will test both online and in-person yoga classes to see if they improve balance, walking, mood, and overall well-being. The study involves 40 participants in Nova Scotia and aims to find out if yoga is safe and enjoyable for stroke survivors.
