Summary

This study is testing whether a yoga program can help reduce stress, improve sleep habits, and enhance sexual quality of life for women in their third trimester of pregnancy. Researchers will compare 35 pregnant women doing yoga with 35 who do not. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise offers a safe, holistic way to support well-being during pregnancy.
