Can yoga calm the mind in schizophrenia? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07455929
Summary
This pilot study is testing whether a yoga-based group program can help outpatients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders. It will compare the yoga program to a standard exercise group and to usual psychiatric care alone. The main goals are to see if the program is practical and acceptable to participants, and to gather early signs of whether it helps with symptoms, stress, and quality of life.
