Could yoga be the key to easing Post-Surgical pain?
NCT ID NCT06949007
Summary
This study is a small pilot trial to see if a yoga program is a practical and acceptable way to help people manage persistent pain that lasts more than 3 months after surgery. Researchers will enroll 50 adults who have had torso surgeries and are experiencing moderate pain. They will randomly assign participants to either a 12-week yoga program or a chronic pain health education program to gather initial data on feasibility and explore potential benefits.
