Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week yoga program can help people with knee osteoarthritis feel better and move more easily. Researchers will compare yoga to a standard therapeutic exercise program in 90 participants. The goal is to see if yoga improves pain, balance, and daily function for this common joint condition.
