Summary
This study tests whether practicing yoga for 12 weeks can reduce symptoms of mild-to-moderate depression without using antidepressant medication. Researchers will compare a yoga program to an education class in 180 adults diagnosed with depression. Participants must not currently be taking antidepressants or in therapy.
