Yoga for ADHD: could a tailored class ease symptoms?

Summary

This study tests whether a specially designed group yoga program is practical and helpful for adults with ADHD symptoms. Twenty participants will be randomly assigned to either yoga or general movement classes. Researchers will track how many people join, stay, and complete the program, and also measure changes in ADHD symptoms over time.
