Summary
This study aimed to see if practicing specific yoga breathing exercises for 8 weeks could change how fluid flows around the brain and spine. Researchers enrolled 26 healthy adults who did not regularly practice yoga or meditation. They used MRI scans before and after the breathing program to measure any changes in fluid movement and also tracked participants' stress, sleep, and quality of life.
