Breathing app aims to ease cancer Survivors' stress

NCT ID NCT05161260

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether a smartphone app could help breast cancer survivors learn yogic breathing exercises in group video sessions. Researchers wanted to see if using the app for 12 weeks would help participants stick with the practice and manage common post-treatment symptoms like stress, depression, and fatigue. The goal was to explore a convenient, home-based way to improve well-being after cancer therapy.
