Summary
This study tests a new medicine called YN001 in 40 people who have both heart or blood vessel disease and erectile dysfunction. The goal is to see if the drug improves erectile function and reduces thickening of the carotid artery. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either YN001 or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they received.
