First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This phase 3 study tests a new drug, YL202, against standard treatments (like eribulin or capecitabine) in 376 people with advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer that has not responded to at least one chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if YL202 can delay cancer growth or improve survival. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either YL202 or a doctor-chosen standard therapy.
