Summary

This study tests a new drug called YL201 in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, then testing that dose in more patients with specific cancer types. YL201 is given by IV every three weeks, sometimes combined with another cancer drug called atezolizumab. The goal is to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors.
