First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tested whether adding the experimental drug YL-13027 to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) is safe for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that had stopped responding to previous treatment. Only 4 participants were enrolled before the study was terminated. The main goal was to find the safest dose and see if the combination could shrink tumors.
