Summary

This was a first-in-human safety study for a new experimental yellow fever vaccine. Researchers enrolled 92 healthy adults to test the vaccine's safety and the body's immune response to it. They compared the vaccine given with and without an extra ingredient (an adjuvant) designed to boost immunity.
