Summary
This study tests whether Yangxin Dawayimixike Honey Paste can reduce carotid artery plaque and improve cholesterol in people with dyslipidemia. Over 400 participants will receive either the honey paste or a placebo for 12 months, with a one-year follow-up. The main goal is to see if the paste thickens the artery wall less and lowers the risk of heart problems.
