Summary

This study tested whether a material made from your own blood (Y-TZF, a type of platelet-rich fibrin) can reduce pain, swelling, and jaw stiffness after wisdom tooth extraction. 75 healthy adults aged 18-40 took part. The goal was to see if this simple addition to the standard procedure improves recovery in the first week.
