Promising cocktail of therapies targets inoperable liver tumors

Summary
This study tests a combination of four treatments for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatments include internal radiation (Y-90), two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab and tremelimumab), and a targeted therapy (zanzalintinib). The goal is to see if this mix can stop the cancer from growing for at least 6 months. About 40 adults with liver cancer that has spread to nearby tissues will take part.
