Summary

This study tests whether Xuesaitong soft capsules, a herbal supplement, can reduce inflammation and other risk factors in 240 adults with stable coronary heart disease. Participants will take the capsules or a placebo for 12 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in blood markers like hsCRP. The goal is to see if this treatment can help control the disease, not cure it.
