Summary
This study is testing whether Xuesaitong soft capsules, a traditional Chinese medicine, can help control risk factors in people with stable coronary heart disease. It will involve 240 patients who will take either the capsules or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in blood markers for inflammation, cholesterol, and blood vessel function, as well as check for any side effects.
