Ancient herb tested to calm blood cells after heart attack
NCT ID NCT06618495
Summary
This study tested whether a traditional Chinese medicine capsule called Xuesaitong could help patients recover after a heart attack and stent procedure. Researchers gave the capsule, made from Panax notoginseng, to 50 patients for four weeks. They closely examined patients' blood cells to understand how the treatment might work to control the disease and prevent future problems.
