Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called XTMAB-16 in people with pulmonary sarcoidosis, a condition causing lung inflammation. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help patients reduce or stop using steroids, which have side effects. About 94 adults aged 18-80 with the disease will participate.
