New drug trial aims to protect hearts during attack treatment

Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of Xolatryp given during emergency heart attack treatment can improve recovery. 300 adults having a severe heart attack will receive either Xolatryp or a placebo infusion during their procedure. Researchers will monitor heart health for 30 days to see if Xolatryp reduces heart damage and improves outcomes.
