Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called XmAb819 in people with advanced kidney cancer that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find safe dose levels and check for side effects when the drug is given through an IV or injection. Researchers will also watch for any signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
