New drug duo takes on advanced ovarian cancer in early trial

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether two experimental drugs, XmAb541 and XmAb808, are safe and tolerable when given together to people with advanced ovarian cancer. The study aims to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 90 adults with a specific type of ovarian cancer will participate.
