New hope pill tested for tough prostate cancer cases

Summary
This study is testing whether a daily pill called XL092 can help control advanced prostate cancer that has continued to grow despite previous radiation treatment. Researchers will check if participants' cancer has stopped progressing after 16 weeks of treatment and monitor side effects. The trial is for men whose prostate cancer has spread and no longer responds to standard hormone therapy.
