Summary
This study is testing whether Xinglou Chengqi Granule, a traditional Chinese medicine, can help people recover from a recent ischemic stroke. Researchers will enroll 60 patients who have had a stroke within the past week to find the best dose and see if it improves movement, daily activities, and quality of life. The trial will carefully monitor patients for 90 days to check for safety and measure recovery.
