Summary
This study tests a traditional Chinese herbal medicine called Xinglou Chengqi Granule for people who recently had a stroke. Researchers want to find the best dose and see if it helps improve recovery. Sixty adults aged 18-70 with moderate stroke symptoms will receive either a high or low dose of the granules plus standard care. The main goal is to measure changes in stroke-related disability after 14 days.
